This course explores the upper quadrant and the injuries that could affect this area. Delegates are taught to think critically about assessment and treatment techniques and will develop and enhance their own clinical reasoning. Case studies will be used to enable students to develop advanced rehabilitation programs and return to play strategies (RTP) using current research. Delegates will also look at the psychological factors affecting sporting injury and rehabilitation and understand how and when they should refer an athlete to a sports psychologist.
