Get an introduction to the Adobe Creative Suite, comprising of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
Over the sessions, graphics created in Illustrator and images cropped and retouched in Photoshop will be compiled in page payouts within InDesign in order to give a broad working knowledge of these industry standard applications.
You will need to be a proficient computer user, however, prior knowledge of these applications or Apple Macs is not essential before starting this course.
You will benefit from course tutor Tim Adams (BA Hons PGCHE FHEA) our Graphic Design Technician Demonstrator, who has over twenty years’ experience both within the design industry and Higher Education. Tim specialises in using active learning techniques to teach Adobe software to our undergraduate cohort, and brings these skills to bear in order to ensure that his evening classes remain engaging, enjoyable and useful.
(Please note: This course needs a minimum number of students for it to run. If insufficent numbers are registered on to it one week prior to the course starting, students will be entitled to a full refund. Refunds will not be issued once the course has started.)
