Library Charges

Library bills can include overdue charges on laptops or MacBooks, Inter-Library loans, replacement costs for lost items. Please return all overdue items to the library before making any payment.

Replacement Student Card – available on campus from the Student Centres.

If you have lost your University of Gloucestershire Student Card, you can purchase a replacement from the Student Centres.

We can only issue a Student Card to students who are currently enrolled on a University of Gloucestershire course.

After making payment, please send the receipt number & preferred campus pickup location (FCH or Oxstalls) to Student Centres via StudentCentres@glos.ac.uk

We will then be in touch with you when your card is ready for collection.

External membership of the library for former staff (£10 per calendar year).
