Library Charges

Please use this option if you have unpaid Library bills for overdue laptops or MacBooks, Inter-Library Loans and requests you have made for other Library chargeable services. Enter the amount you wish to pay in the box above and click on Add to Basket.

Replacement Student Card – available on campus from the Student Centres.

If you have lost your University of Gloucestershire Student Card, you can purchase a replacement from the Student Centres.

We can only issue a Student Card to students who are currently enrolled on a University of Gloucestershire course.

After making payment, please send the receipt number & preferred campus pickup location (FCH or Oxstalls) to Student Centres via [email protected]

We will then be in touch with you when your card is ready for collection.

External membership of the library for former staff and students (£10 per calendar year).
