About this product:

A copy of your official stamped final transcript of module results for students who graduated from the University of Gloucestershire from 2001 onwards. Please do not select this option if you are a current student, as you can print a transcript via your student record online.

Detailed Description

We are unable to provide transcripts for those students who graduated before 2001.  If you studied before this date we are able to provide a Verification of Award/Attendance letter.

Please ensure you answer all the questions to the best of your knowledge, or a delay may result in providing the documents you require if we need to contact you for further information.  In some cases, we may ask for proof of identity to confirm the details provided, we will contact you if this is necessary.

All documents will be posted by second class Royal Mail.  In most cases documents will sent out within 10 working days.

DHL

If you live outside of the UK we strongly advise the use of DHL to deliver your documents to you.   This is a guaranteed delivery service and a tracking number will be emailed so you can see when your document will arrive.  If you wish to use this service please choose the option below that includes DHL. There is an additional charge of £20.00 for this option.

If you live outside the UK and don't opt for DHL your documents will be sent by Air Mail, this is non traceable and we cannot guarantee delivery.

Please note: if you are purchasing more than one document you will only need to add the DHL charge to one of the items.

We can provide you with a PDF copy of this document. If you want us to do this please provide an email address in the box provided when asked. 

If you require your award verified for a third party this can be done through www.hedd.ac.uk.

This verification letter can only be ordered by the named graduate.
You must not order this product until you have already received an official email from the University confirming your final award.
Orders placed before receiving this confirmation cannot be processed.

About this Product

This is a signed and stamped letter on University headed paper confirming your attendance dates and final award details. This service is available for:

• Cheltenham & Gloucester College of Higher Education (1992–2001)
• University of Gloucestershire (2001–Present)

If you studied before 1992, please email degreeverification@glos.ac.uk.

Documents are normally issued within 10 working days. Please answer all questions accurately to avoid delays. We may request proof of identity if required.

All documents are sent via Second Class Royal Mail. You may also request a PDF copy emailed to you at the time of dispatch.

DHL Delivery (Strongly Recommended for Overseas Addresses)

If you live outside the UK, we advise using DHL, which provides guaranteed delivery and tracking.
To use DHL, please select the product option that includes DHL postage and add the £20.00 DHL charge to your basket.

If DHL is not selected, documents will be sent by Airmail, which is untracked and not guaranteed.

If ordering multiple documents, you only need to add the DHL charge once.
