A signed and stamped letter on headed paper which confirms the dates of attendance and the details of the award which was achieved. This is available for the dates below. If you studied with us before these dates please email degreeverification@glos.ac.uk

• Cheltenham & Gloucester College of Higher Education (1992 – 2001)
• University of Gloucestershire (2001 – Present Day). 

In most cases documents will be sent out within 10 working days.

Please ensure you answer all the questions to the best of your knowledge, or a delay may result in providing the documents you require if we need to contact you for further information. In some cases, we may ask for proof of identity to confirm the details provided, we will contact you if this is necessary.

All documents will be posted by second class royal mail. You can also opt to have a PDF of the document emailed to a given address at the time of sending.

DHL

If you live outside of the UK we strongly advise the use of DHL to deliver your documents to you.   This is a guaranteed delivery service and a tracking number will be emailed so you can see when your document will arrive.  If you wish to use this service please choose the option below that includes DHL. There is an additional charge of £20.00 for this option.

If you live outside the UK and don't opt for DHL your documents will be sent by Air Mail, this is non traceable and we cannot guarantee delivery.

If you wish your documents to be sent by DHL please add the additional £20.00 postage cost product to your basket. We will then email you the tracking number once the document has been dispatched.

Please note: If you are ordering more than one document you will only need to add the product with the DHL charge to one of the items
