If you need further information please contact us at [email protected] This is a replacement copy of your original Award Certificate which can only be produced if your certificate has been lost or stolen. The certificate which the University issues as proof of the conferment of an award is a unique and valuable document. Under no circumstances will the University issue additional copies or duplicates to any applicant holding an original certificate, although a certified copy of the certificate may be requested instead. If you require a replacement certificate for an award confirmed before these dates please contact the awards team at [email protected] for details of where a copy can be obtained. DHL If you live outside of the UK we strongly advise the use of DHL to deliver your documents to you. This is a guaranteed delivery service and a tracking number will be emailed so you can see when your document will arrive. If you wish to use this service please choose the option below that includes DHL. There is an additional charge of £20.00 for this option. Please note if you are purchasing more than one document only one of these needs to include a payment for DHL. In most cases documents will be sent out within 10 working days.
