Replacement Student Card – available on campus from the Student Centres.

If you have lost your University of Gloucestershire Student Card, you can purchase a replacement from the Student Centres.

We can only issue a Student Card to students who are currently enrolled on a University of Gloucestershire course.

After making payment, please send the receipt number & preferred campus pickup location (FCH or Oxstalls) to Student Centres via [email protected]

We will then be in touch with you when your card is ready for collection.

Detailed Description

Pittville student village
If you live at Pittville Student Village, once you have collected your Student Card from the Library you will then need to visit Pittville Student Village Reception (8:00 – 18:00) who will then program your card to access your room.

If you lose your card when the Library is closed and need access to your room, please report to Pittville Student Village Reception to get a temporary card. If this is during the evening and the desk is not staffed please call 01242 715069. We will program the temporary card for 48 hours to a week depending on circumstances, until you can collect a replacement card from the Student Centres.
