Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The total estimated cost of the trip is £175.00 per student and includes: return coach travel from Cheltenham to Glasgow, 3 nights shared accommodation at Glasgow Youth Hostel (including breakfast) and 3 feature film tickets for screenings at the festival. An initial deposit of £50 is required by 8 December, with two further payments of £62.50* due on 1 January and 1 February.

We will supply 3 tickets for public festival screenings across the three days, selected once the program is published in January. Additional festival tickets can be purchased from the box office. Accommodation in Hostel Accommodation is 3 nights in the Glasgow Youth Hostel, 7/8 Park Street, Glasgow and includes the Wee breakfast (Hot/cold drink, cereals, yoghurt, Toast and preserves). Itinerary Wed 25 February: Travel early morning by coach from Park campus to Glasgow, arriving late afternoon Thursday 26 February: at least one film screening Fri 27 February: at least one screening Sat 28 February: Coach departs late afternoon, arriving approx. 00:30 at Park, campus, Cheltenham
